Our first release, the 2016 Pinot Grigio has exotic floral notes, followed by green apples, citrus and a light spiciness that exude throughout this wine. It finishes with a touch of red apple and fresh peaches.
Chef Recommendations: Great as an aperitif or with mild cheeses, fleshy fish, such as cod or sole Meniere, baked or grilled chicken and fresh salads. Vegetarian friendly.
