+ Dang Spirits is the brand owner of “Dang Pineapple Flavored Gin,” and we are proud to be their production, marketing and sales partners. “Dang” is one of owners’ family names, and the images reflect the Year of the Dog and the Year of the Monkey, with the vivid pineapple color on the label representing the flavors in the bottle. Tasting notes: Sweet pineapple on the nose with a light juniper, using orris root and angelica to temper the pineapple in the middle, with a lingering juniper and pineapple note in the finish. From ADI: “Rich roasted pineapples are exciting and appetizing on the nose,” and “On the nose it's ripe pineapple, perfect.” Process: Distilled with juniper, coriander, angelica, orris root and other select botanicals, then infused with pineapple juice and other natural flavors for a superb cocktail base or sipping gin over ice. Serving: This tasty gin is an ideal “sipping gin” over ice with a wedge of pineapple. Suggested cocktail: 2 oz Dang Pineapple Gin over ice, 2 oz cranberry juice and top with Sprite ™. Cheers!
